-CHEESE OR SOUR CREAM 
-HERBS…A GREAT WAY TO GET SOME EXTRA VITAMINS AND MINERALS DURING THE WINTER MONTHS: TARRAGON, PARSLEY, BASIL, ROSEMARY & THYME
-FRESHLY GROUND BLACK PEPPER OR CAYENNE WILL GET YOUR BLOOD CIRCULATING AND WARM YOU RIGHT UP! 
-CARAMELIZED ONIONS OR FRENCH'S CRISPY ONIONS
-EXTRA VEGETABLE CHUNKS!
